| Candidates will: 1. Apply to NBPTS and pay the required $65 application fee. 2. Apply for the $2,000 Candidate Fee Subsidy by filling out an online application. |
| The names of candidates who are approved to receive the Illinois Candidate Fee Subsidy will begin to be posted on the Approval List every weekday. |
| All candidates who applied on or before May 15 are to pay the initial non-refundable $500 by May 30, 2012. |
| Candidates who apply from May 16 through June 15 will be approved on the first come, first served basis and must pay the initial non-refundable $500 within 2 weeks from the day they are approved. |
