Certificate Renewal
The NBRC and NBPTS offer support to NBCTs in their eighth or ninth year of certification to seek Certificate Renewal. NBCTs who certified in 2002 and 2003 may renew in the year 2011-2012 and NBCTs who certified in 2003 and 2004 may renew in the year 2012-2013..

Renewal Activities
- The NBRC at ISU offers a series of support activities for Renewal to help NBCTs explore the NBPTS materials and analyze and reflect on their professional growth since the original certification. NBCTs will have the opportunity to begin to plan their Profile of Professional Growth by identifying Professional Growth Experiences and planning for Components One, Two, and Three.
